I’m a startup-savvy Product Designer having 5 years of experience designing end-to-end web and mobile experiences. Additionally, I have 12 years of expertise as a graphic, web and brand designer.

I’m Oana Grigore, a happy-go-lucky Product Designer with a soft spot for clean UX, sharp visuals, and startups that move fast (but hopefully not break things).

With 6+ years crafting web and mobile experiences - and 12+ years making pixels behave in graphic and web design - I help businesses turn ideas into beautiful, functional, and scalable products.

What’s the deal with me?

I make things look good. But more importantly, I make things work. Because if a design is beautiful but users get lost, is it really good design? (Hint: Nope.)
I thrive in fast-paced, chaotic environments. Startups, I’m looking at you. Need a designer who can adapt, iterate, and keep up with your 3 AM brainstorms? I got you.
I believe in structure—but also vibes. My design systems bring consistency, while my creativity keeps things fresh. Think of me as the Marie Kondo of product design, but with more Figma files and fewer folded T-shirts.
